Ceremony Only

Celebrate your ceremony surrounded by the beauty of the Qu’Appelle Valley, with seating, private wedding party space and guest transportation included.

2-Hour Package

Private clubhouse room: Available to the wedding party 60 minutes before and 30 minutes after the ceremony.
Ceremony seating: Chairs set up for up to 200 guests.
Guest transportation: One large golf cart available 30 minutes before and 30 minutes after the ceremony to shuttle guests to the ceremony location.

4-Hour Package

Private clubhouse room: Available to the wedding party 2 hours before and 30 minutes after the ceremony.
Sparkling wine: Two bottles with champagne flutes.
Ceremony seating: Chairs set up for up to 200 guests.
Guest transportation: One large golf cart with driver available 30 minutes before and 30 minutes after the ceremony to shuttle guests to and from the ceremony location.

Booking durations refer to the ceremony package options. Clubhouse and transportation access follow the specific times listed above.

Classic Package

Bring your ceremony and reception together in one beautiful setting, with the essentials in place for a full wedding celebration.

What's Included:

Private clubhouse room: Available to the wedding party 60 minutes before and 30 minutes after the ceremony.
Ceremony seating: Chairs set up for up to 200 guests.
Guest transportation: One large golf cart with driver available 30 minutes before and 30 minutes after the ceremony.
Venue access: Saturday at 8:00 a.m. until Sunday at 1:00 a.m.
Friday evening access: May be available, subject to the golf tournament schedule.
Reception setup: Tables and chairs set up in The Pavilion.
Catering: Exclusive food and beverage service by Valley Girls Catering
Preferred vendors: Access to our preferred vendors list.

Signature Package

Our most comprehensive wedding package, with extended access, thoughtful extras and more time to enjoy every part of your celebration.

What's Included:

Private clubhouse room: Available to the wedding party 2 hours before and 2 hours after the ceremony.
Sparkling wine: Two bottles with champagne flutes.
Ceremony seating: Chairs set up for up to 200 guests.
Guest transportation: One large golf cart with driver available 30 minutes before and 30 minutes after the ceremony.
Venue access: Saturday at 8:00 a.m. until Sunday at 1:00 p.m.
Friday evening access: May be available, subject to the golf tournament schedule.
Reception setup: Tables with black linens and chairs set up in The Pavilion.
Catering: Exclusive food and beverage service by Valley Girls Catering
Preferred vendors: Access to our preferred vendors list.
